I haven't received an order confirmation?

After placing an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received this confirmation within one hour of placing your order, it could be due to the following reasons: the email ended up in your spam folder, or the wrong email address was entered. If none of these apply, please contact our support team at hello@bynyla.com, as the order may not have been completed successfully.

Can I change my order afterwards?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we will try to perfectly tailor your order to your wishes. However, your order will be processed very quickly, so please don't wait too long with this matter.

We offer all kinds of payment methods. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna, or instant bank transfer.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. For shipments sent via DHL, a tracking number will be provided. If your shipment has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team at hello@bynyla.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How long can I cancel my order?

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service and we will take care of it.

I am in LOVE with this bag omg!!!! It is so pretty and dainty looking but is also so spacious, I can fit my macbook, a book, a water bottle and plenty of other little nicknacks. Even with all that it gives the feeling that it is not full. I have taken it to uni twice so far and both times i have gotten multiple compliments!! It took a little over a week to arrive.. I am planning on purchasing the maya bag in burgundy next!!

Very good quality for a 60$ bag. The leather is very smooth and soft. Surprisingly big and can fit a lot of things. For reference there's a picture with is alongside my 13-inch Mac. but you can put also a 15 inches laptop vertically as well.

It fits a lot and its cute :-) I can even fit my jacket with all my other stuff that’s already in here. I still have room for a book too ! Shipping was fast and it came with a little scent packet so it didn’t smell!

The quality is very good and very soft despite how cheap it was, I recommend it! If you notice a smell after receiving it, just leave your bag in open air, and normally the smell should disappear after a few days

Každá taška ByNyla je vyrobena z měkké veganské (umělé) kůže s hrubým povrchem a podšitým vnitřkem.

Většina tašek přes rameno a tašek typu tote od ByNyla pojme 14palcový notebook; naše větší tašky typu tote pojmou až 15palcový notebook.

Doručujeme po celém světě s možností sledování zásilky. Standardní doprava je zdarma při objednávce nad 50 a expresní doprava je zdarma při objednávce nad 70 ve vaší místní měně, při nižších částkách je účtován nízký pevný poplatek. Doručení obvykle trvá 3-7 pracovních dnů v Evropě a 5-10 pracovních dnů po celém světě.

Potvrzení vaší objednávky je odesláno e-mailem ihned po dokončení nákupu. Pokud jej do hodiny nenajdete ve své doručené poště, zkontrolujte složku se spamem a poté napište na hello@bynyla.com, my vám jej znovu zašleme.
