After placing an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received this confirmation within one hour of placing your order, it could be due to the following reasons: the email ended up in your spam folder, or the wrong email address was entered. If none of these apply, please contact our support team at hello@bynyla.com, as the order may not have been completed successfully.

Can I change my order afterwards?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we will try to perfectly tailor your order to your wishes. However, your order will be processed very quickly, so please don't wait too long with this matter.

We offer all kinds of payment methods. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna, or instant bank transfer.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. For shipments sent via DHL, a tracking number will be provided. I am in LOVE with this bag omg!!!! It is so pretty and dainty looking but is also so spacious, I can fit my macbook, a book, a water bottle and plenty of other little nicknacks. Even with all that it gives the feeling that it is not full. I have taken it to uni twice so far and both times i have gotten multiple compliments!! It took a little over a week to arrive.. I am planning on purchasing the maya bag in burgundy next!!

Very good quality for a 60$ bag. The leather is very smooth and soft. Surprisingly big and can fit a lot of things. For reference there's a picture with is alongside my 13-inch Mac. but you can put also a 15 inches laptop vertically as well.

It fits a lot and its cute :-) I can even fit my jacket with all my other stuff that’s already in here. I still have room for a book too ! Shipping was fast and it came with a little scent packet so it didn’t smell!

The quality is very good and very soft despite how cheap it was, I recommend it! If you notice a smell after receiving it, just leave your bag in open air, and normally the smell should disappear after a few days

Standaardverzending is gratis bij bestellingen boven de 50 en expressverzending is gratis bij bestellingen boven de 70 in jouw lokale valuta, met een laag vast tarief daaronder.
