Order history — so we can help when you email us.
Browsing and email-engagement data — to improve the site and show you relevant ads on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Google.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, handle returns, answer your questions, email you (only if you've opted in), show you relevant ads, and improve our site.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our store platform), shipping carriers (DHL, DPD, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail), Klaviyo (email), and the ad platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google — who receive only hashed email and browsing data, never your name or address). We never sell your data.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU or UK, you can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, unsubscribe in one click, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Email hello@bynyla.com and we'll respond within 30 days, usually within 48 hours.
