Orders & acceptance

Your order confirmation email is not yet a contract — the contract begins when we ship your order. We may cancel an order before shipping if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error (we'll email you first), or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Shipping & returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All photography, copy and branding on this site belong to us. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission. Fan content and posts about your bag are always welcome.

Product accuracy

We do our best with photography, but screens vary. If a bag arrives noticeably different from how it appears online, that's a return-no-questions situation under our Refund Policy.

Liability

We're responsible for your bag and its delivery. We're not liable for ordinary wear once it's been part of your life for a while.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first — we'd much rather sort it out directly. EU customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
