Returns & Refunds
We want your bag to be the one. If it isn't, send it back — no questions, no restocking fee, no awkward back-and-forth. 🩵
The basics
- You have 60 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason.
- A prepaid return label is included with every order — just print it and drop it off.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the bag.
- Items must come back in the condition you received them.
How to return
Email hello@bynyla.com with your order number and we'll send your return label within 24 hours. Once your return reaches our warehouse, your refund goes out the same day.
Exchanges
Want a different colour? Same process — send back the one that isn't working and we'll ship the one that is, with no extra shipping cost on the second leg.
A few exceptions
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are not returnable.
- Bag charms are returnable only if unopened.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return shipping
- EU, UK & Switzerland: we cover return shipping.
- US & rest of world: the 60-day window applies; return shipping is currently paid by the customer.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days to hello@bynyla.com and we'll ship a replacement the same day at our cost — no need to return the damaged one.
