Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our European warehouse. Here's what to expect. 🩵
Delivery times
- Germany & Austria: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU (France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, etc.): 3–5 business days
- UK, Switzerland & Scandinavia: 4–6 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–9 business days
- Rest of world: 7–12 business days
Shipping costs
- Orders under €50: €5 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders €50 and over: free standard shipping
- Orders €70 and over: free express shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for €10 on carts under €70, and delivers 1–2 days faster.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, usually the same or next day. If you don't see it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
Delays or lost parcels
Carriers occasionally pause shipments for a day or two. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, email hello@bynyla.com and we'll chase the carrier for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Duties & customs
EU orders ship with no additional duties or customs fees. For the UK and Switzerland we cover VAT and duties up to €150. For the US and rest of world, most orders ship duty-paid; where duties apply they're handled by the carrier and shown at checkout.
