I ordered this three weeks ago, it still hasnt been delivered. They said it would be delivered three days ago and it has not been. They have failed to keep me updated on my order. This is very disappointing

We replied the same day you contacted us and told you it was still on its way, but we should have chased the carrier harder and kept you updated rather than leaving you to wonder. The parcel was delivered on 17 August. If you are not happy with the bag now that it has arrived, email us with your order number and we will make it right, refund included. Bynyla
