After placing an order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received this confirmation within one hour of placing your order, it could be due to the following reasons: the email ended up in your spam folder, or the wrong email address was entered. If none of these apply, please contact our support team at hello@bynyla.com, as the order may not have been completed successfully.

Can I change my order afterwards?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we will try to perfectly tailor your order to your wishes. However, your order will be processed very quickly, so please don't wait too long with this matter.

We offer all kinds of payment methods. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna, or instant bank transfer.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. For shipments sent via DHL, a tracking number will be provided. How long can I cancel my order?

Most ByNyla shoulder bags and totes fit a 14-inch laptop; our oversized totes fit up to a 15-inch laptop.

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Standard shipping is free over 50 and express is free over 70 in your local currency, with a low flat rate below that. Delivery is usually 2–4 business days in Germany and Austria, 3–6 days across the rest of Europe, and 6–12 days worldwide.

Your order confirmation is emailed right after checkout. If it isn't in your inbox within an hour, check your spam folder, then email hello@bynyla.com and we'll resend it.
